COACHELLA HILLS
Coachella Hills, MidCentury’s newest community, will become Texas’ very own Coachella Valley Oasis in the Texas Hill Country featuring multiple home designs, all as timeless as they are eco-friendly. Solar power, rainwater harvesting, and the ability to grow your own food will all be available with each property to promote sustainable living.
The community is located west of Austin in the highly desirable Highway 71 corridor, between Lakeway and Marble Falls. The community will feature approximately 13 lots, each 5+ acres with long-range views of the Texas Hill Country.

BEE CREEK
Bee Creek is a lakefront nature preserve community, only minutes from the Hill Country Galleria. The availability of solar power, rainwater harvesting, and the option to grow your food exists to promote sustainable living. In the Lakeway ETJ and Travis County, Bee Creek is excluded from the City of Lakeway taxes. There is no HOA, a 1.9% tax rate, and the school district is Lake Travis ISD.
Bee Creek will feature 1-7 acre lots with direct access to Lakehurst Drive or Lakehurst Loop with lake and hill country views, featuring a waterfront nature preserve.

PARADISE ON THE GUADALUPE
Featuring gorgeous, elevated homesites with stunning Hill Country views right on the Guadalupe River. Each of these oversized lots offers something unique: dramatic topography, mature trees, and easily-buildable homesites.
Enjoy easy access to the Guadalupe River and the shores of Canyon Lake. Spend your days fishing, boating, hiking, or enjoying the abundant wildlife.

GRUENE LAKE RANCH
Nestled in the hills, just minutes from Downtown Gruene, Gruene Lake Ranch offers an authentic Texas hill country experience.
From Gruene Lake Ranch's swimming holes to the stocked fishing lakes, there are plenty of activities to partake in. Take advantage of the swim-up bar at the adult pool, or grab a bite to eat at the mercantile.
Seasonal daily activities are offered to guests during their Texas Hill Country resort stay. Due to its short proximity to local towns and cities, guests can also take their adventures outside the ranch to a variety of sought-after Texas spots.
